Machell W. Mims
Founder and Principal Advisor
Machell W. Mims is a retired Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she advised executive leadership and led enterprise initiatives focused on leadership effectiveness, executive development, and organizational performance within a complex, publicly traded environment.
She brings more than two decades of experience advising senior executives across enterprise settings and supporting leadership effectiveness during periods of growth, transformation, and expanded responsibility.
In addition to her enterprise executive leadership experience, Machell is completing an ICF-aligned executive coaching certification through Symbiosis (May 2026) and is pursuing the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. This formal training complements her executive background and further strengthens the structured, enterprise-aligned coaching methodology that defines her advisory work.
